I act as a mental health concierge. Drawing on my 25 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I am particularly well placed to offer clients personalised triage, clinically informed recommendations and direct introductions to suitable professionals.

Affiliates retain the right to:

• Decide where and how they work.

• Decline any referral for clinical or personal reasons.

• Maintain their own professional identity and branding.

• Receive referrals from any other source without restriction.

• Shape their practice according to their own professional goals, with available support from MTN.

Affiliates therefore remain fully responsible for their independent practices while benefiting from a wider system that can support their development and growth.

A Flexible and Transparent Arrangement

Affiliates pay a small, one-off onboarding fee, and a modest, fixed, pre-agreed fee applies only once a client successfully engages with them. Unlike percentage-based associate models, affiliates retain the full session fee thereafter, significantly increasing their earning potential the longer the client remains in therapy. All other support and opportunities described above are available at no additional cost. This keeps the arrangement accessible and proportionate, with the financial contribution linked to a tangible outcome.

How Is This Different from a Directory or Clinic Model?

Different models suit different practitioners.

A directory can offer visibility, but practitioners are often still responsible for attracting enquiries, assessing suitability, following up and converting initial interest into ongoing work.

Clinic and associate models may provide structure and referrals, but they are typically centred around the clinic’s brand, systems, processes and overall service model.

The process begins with a one-to-one introductory call, giving us an opportunity to discuss your work, experience and professional goals and to explore whether MTN affiliation may be the right fit.

Following this conversation, prospective Affiliates are invited to complete an application form. Appropriate due diligence is then carefully carried out before the terms and conditions are signed.

This thorough selection process helps protect the quality and credibility of the network and allows clients to be introduced to its professionals with confidence.
